This week's power rankings:
1) Angry Asians (1-0): Jason was the last owner to draft a quarterback, yet saw the third best production at the position. Chris Johnson looks well on pace to dominate again....East division be ready.
2) My Team Blows Again (1-0): Despite losing a Utility player early to a concussion, Jason recieved balanced scoring from the rest of his team, highlighted by a big day from Chad Ochocinco.
3) Mountlake Terrors (1-0): Great days by Manning and Nicks led Mike to a blowout victory over the defending champion. Poor play from the running back position already has Mike looking for 2005 All Pros in free agency. Expect bigger things from his other wide recievers in future weeks.
4) I Stiff Armed Your Mom (1-0): Got almost 50 points of production from the running back position, far more than anyone else. Had to be a bit scared for Monday Night Football when the Steve Smith scores were corrected, but held on for a tough win.
5) Wacco for Flacco (0-1): Posted the week's fourth highest score, but ran into a buzzsaw, not to mention the frustration of having his quarterback throwing primarily to his opponent's wide reciever.
6) Forsett Down Her Throat (1-0): The least impressive win of the week. With two sporadic (read: crappy) quarterbacks capable of unpredictable ups and downs, Jared will surely pick the wrong one every week.
7) Pissing Excellence (0-1): After an impressive Thursday night showing, JJs team couldnt get any real production out of other skill positions.
8) Party Animals (0-1): Vicki's MNF players, including first round pick Ray Rice, were hopelessly stagnant costing her a chance at winning this week. While the Ravens defense recieved a yardage bonus, Bowe and Kaeding provided virtually no assisstance.
9) Hail to the Chefs (0-1): Last years defending champion took a real pummeling at the hands of the leauge commissioner. That said, Tony saw several bench players get good production and will have some interesting decisions to make.
10) Show Me Your TD's (0-1): More like Frank Bore (/ba dum chhhh). This is out of principle, since not submitting a roster led to Nick and Gas coming up with the week's low score. To an even better extent than Tony, this team saw some impressive players emerge from the bench. WHICH RUNNING BACKS WILL PLAY NEXT WEEK THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME!
