2009 Owner's Meeting Minutes

Thanks to Jared for keeping minutes so everyone could find out that Kyle was late because he was reviewing professionally taken pictures with his puppy... Something I'm sure I'll do soon too so I guess I shouldn't talk too much shit.

Without further ado, the minutes:

LFP FFB 2009-10 Season
Preliminary Meeting

Attendees: Mike Harris, Jared Underbrink, Nick Perrault, Jason Wong, Vicki Harris, and Kyle Stinson (somewhat later...)

The draft lottery was held at about 7:50 pm PST. Papers were folded by a neutral party and placed into a hat. It was decided that the first name drawn would pick 10th, the second name would pick 9th, etc.

7th – Kyle Stinson
6th – Nick Perrault
5th – Jared Underbrink
4th – Mike Harris
3rd – Craig Peterson
2nd – JJ Didier
1st – Jason Jakubiak

Attendes complained about draft positions then the meeting proceeded.

The draft is to take place on September 7th, 2009. The exact time has not yet been determined, but 5 o clock was discussed, pending owner's availability. Pizza will be available at the draft to those who pay $5 (it was also decided that you can have pizza without paying if you allow each owner to punch you 1 time for each unpaid for slice).

Trade Deadline is November 23rd, 2009 at 9pm.

It was proposed that the draft positions be “reward based” for future seasons. This is a pending idea, and will be discussed in further depth early this season.

Owners are highly encouraged not to mention Brett Farve.

Kyle was late because he was going through the professional family pictures he had taken with Maria and his dog Oliver. We hope to see these pictures on the message board in the near future.

There you have it. I hope everyone will clear their schedule for the draft or face the unending ridicule that will come as a result.
